At the Ridgeline Hotel-Estes Park® and Latitude 105 Alehouse, we are focused on creating a great guest experience, and the health and safety of our employees and guests is our highest priority. We are taking appropriate actions to help prevent the spread of the coronavirus based on the guidance of the CDC.
As a result of these actions, and after careful consideration, we have decided to temporarily close The Ridgeline Hotel,Latitude 105 Alehouse and Trendz boutique shop in downtown Estes Park has also been closed until further notice.
Some services may be limited or unavailable due to thorough sanitation requirements and social distancing measures. As a result, all resort fees are waived through December 31, 2020.
Guest with a current reservation:
If you have a reservation arriving before May 29th, your reservation has been canceled and the deposit is in the process of being refunded.
If you have a reservation booked and would like to change your reservation to another date or discuss alternate lodging, please call us at 970-586-2332. If you have a current reservation arriving on or before June 30, 2020 and would like to cancel or make changes, you may do so without a charge up to 24 hours prior to arrival.
Currently our reservations office is closed, but you may book online at any time. Please note that any changes to existing reservations will be subject to availability and any rate differences.
Updated Cancellation Policy:
For all Delaware North Parks and Resorts locations as part of our newly established Rest Assured program, we have created a new cancellation policy that provides our guests with the confidence of flexibility during these challenging times.
Under this policy, all reservations arriving on or after July 1, 2020, will be permitted to change or cancel at no charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date. Please note that changes to the reservation will be subject to availability and any rate differences.
