Hailing all the way from Japan, and known for its high degree of marbling, Wagyu beef is hands-down the most tender, most succulent, and best tasting beef available. The most coveted of all – the A5 grade – is judged on four different criteria (marbling intensity; color of the fat; color of the meat; and shape of the muscle), and if any one of those criteria doesn’t meet the highest possible standard, it does not receive the prized A5 score.

On July 28, 2018, for one night only, special guest Chef Steve Brown and our own Latitude 105 Alehouse present a 9-course pairing dinner featuring authentic A5 Japanese Wagyu beef. Each course will be paired with regional beers, wine, and liquor, as well as local ingredients, to combine for a unique dining experience you’ll be talking about for years to come. The menu is being kept top-secret (even we don’t know what it will be!) but you can rest assured it will be nothing short of sensational.
