The Ridgeline is equipped with all the services and amenities of a full-scale event complex, and we attach directly to the Estes Park Conference Center for ease of access to both hotel guestrooms and your meeting space. A range of teambuilding activities can also be arranged both on-site and off-site, including golf tournaments, mountain survival challenges, and more.

For large-scale events, our Grand Ballroom’s 8,000 square feet can accommodate up to 650 attendees. This large, versatile meeting space can be broken down into as many as six separate areas depending on your needs, and a variety of smaller rooms are available for staging seminars or breakout sessions. A number of foyer and lounge areas encircle the main meeting space, and are available for hosting breaks and receptions.
Alternatively, if you are planning a more intimate gathering, Trail Ridge (1,560 square feet) and Lake Estes (770 square feet) are located separate from the Grand Ballroom area, and are ideal for groups ranging from 18 to 170.
Are you interested in holding an event outdoors? We can do that! Our 5,600 square foot Aspen Courtyard is located just steps away, and we have a large event tent that can be set up to provide a covered seating or reception area for a variety of group sizes and configurations. Our catering staff is more than happy to service outdoor events as well if you are in the mood for a meal or reception under the stars.
